Policy Unit

The Policy Unit is responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating national procurement and concessions policies in line with the PPCA. It ensures that procurement procedures reflect international best practices, support local economic growth, and address evolving governance needs. The unit also issues guidelines, circulars, and policy advisories to procuring entities.
