PPCC engages the Judiciary

On December 30, 2026, Hon. Bodger Scott Johnson, Executive Director, along with Dir. Nathan Bengu, Director of Communications, and Dir. Barsay N. Dowah, Director of Compliance, paid an official courtesy visit to the Judiciary Branch to engage on awareness and understanding of the Electronic Government Procurement (EGP) System.

The delegation met with His Honor Chief Justice Yamie Quiqui Gbeisay, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Liberia, in a constructive dialogue focused on strengthening collaboration and promoting transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public procurement processes through the EGP system.

The meeting was attended by members of the Procurement Unit of the Judiciary, along with other procurement practitioners within the justice system, who participated in discussions on compliance requirements, system utilization, and the Judiciary’s role in supporting effective implementation of the EGP framework.

Chief Justice Gbeisay welcomed the engagement and emphasized the importance of inter-institutional cooperation in strengthening public sector reforms, good governance, and the rule of law. The visit reaffirmed a shared commitment to continuous stakeholder engagement and collaboration to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of the EGP system nationwide.
