The Office of the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides overall leadership, strategic guidance, and policy direction to ensure the effective implementation of the Public Procurement and Concessions Act (PPCA) of Liberia. The Executive Director serves as the principal administrator of the Commission, coordinating with government institutions, development partners, civil society, and the private sector to uphold transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public procurement and concessions management.
The Office is supported by specialized units that enhance efficiency and strengthen service delivery. These include Policy, Chief of Staff (COS), Gender.
